It is intended to be a repository of police related commentary and will be updated regularly with content from contributing authors. The owner/editor of this site was a serving police officer for 18 years, before leaving the profession to teach new police officers the complex ways of policing. He has been involved in change management in policing, national policing development and inspection, and has a PhD in Policing from Canterbury Christ Church University.
